Office Cleaner (Part Time)

FLX Green Clean is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our eco-friendly mission. Be a part of our team and contribute to a healthier planet while maintaining a pristine workplace for our valued employees.
Position: Office Cleaner
Schedule: Part-Time, (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday evenings)
Pay: $16-$18 per hour (Depending on experience)
Bonus Pay: Opportunity to earn bonus $$. At the end of each month, client satisfaction is evaluated. Eligible employees will receive their bonus as part of their regular paycheck every month.
Responsibilities:
You will be cleaning a Medical Office in Rochester, NY. As an Office Cleaner at FLX Green Clean, your role is vital in maintaining a clean and sustainable workspace. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning Floors: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dusting: Wiping down furniture, surfaces and blinds.
- Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and recycling containers.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
- Surface Disinfection: Disinfecting frequently-touched surfaces.
- Restocking Supplies: Restocking soaps, hand sanitizers, paper towel, etc.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keeping cleaning equipment in good condition.
- Following Safety Guidelines: Ensuring safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Adhering to Schedule: Following a set cleaning schedule.
- Collaboration with Team: Working with a cleaning team efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including standing, lifting, and repetitive movements. Must be able to lift and/or carry 55lbs.
- Valid drivers license.
- Must be able to work in the US
- No criminal record as background check will be performed
